Born to Shine
Shine is the second Black Label Series phone from LG. It's mirrored finish and metal body combine design and function perfectly.

The LG Shine is a great looking phone, and its stainless steel body gives it a good feel and weight in the hand.
The major focus of the design of the Shine is the large screen, fitted behind an even larger mirrored finish glass. When the phone's off, or inactive, the screen is a perfect mirror. But when lit, the screen shines through, giving the phone its name.
The Shine has a 2 megapixel camera, with a high quality lens from Schneider Kreuznach (with Sony Ericsson owning the Cyber-shot brand, and Nokia tying up Carl Zeiss, LG had to do SOMETHING.)
The phone has an expandable memory slot, and a very good quality music player.
The LG Shine is a great looking phone, packed with features, and currently available with some great deals from leading online retailers.

Shine problems..., Friday, 16 March 2007

I bought the Shine cos it looks so good. But it's heavy, the battery is rubbish, and the scroll wheel is too sensitive. It's hard to select what you want. I looked online and some people saying that it doesn't turn back on sometimes, but hasn't happened to me yet. I still like the phone, and it gets loads of comments from people about how cool it looks. But LG gotta improve the battery

I love this phone. The mirrored screen is great, and it feels really solid. Got it yesterday, so haven't played around with everything, but from what I've seen so far it's brilliant. Highly recommended.
